Dr Todd Miller is a Senior Medical Director at Healthdirect Australia, where he leads clinical governance and the application of AI across virtual health services. With a clinical foundation in critical care, anaesthetics and allied health, he brings a rare combination of frontline care and executive leadership to the challenges of digital transformation.
At Healthdirect, Todd has driven the development and evaluation of AI-enabled triage systems and clinical decision support tools, working at the intersection of clinical safety, health system strategy, and the practical realities of deploying AI at national scale.
Across his career he has developed deep expertise in the TGA regulatory landscape, and holds qualifications spanning medicine, public health, business administration, and health informatics. He is one of a small number of clinicians in Australia operating credibly across the full stack of digital health — from bedside to build.
