ACCOMMODATION IN BOSTON

Beginning in January 2026, all on campus program participants will now be housed at The Charles Hotel instead of the Doubletree Hotel. The Charles Hotel is located at 1 Bennett Street, Cambridge, MA 02138 in the heart of Harvard Square and is directly adjacent to Harvard Kennedy School. As a result, we will no longer need to shuttle participants to and from the campus each day.

If your participants plan on arriving in Cambridge before or staying after the program, we are pleased to inform you The Charles Hotel is offering a discounted Harvard rate for their stay. To take advantage of this offer, please email their reservations team directly (reservations@charleshotel.com) and use the subject line "HKS Exec Ed” along with your “RESID” code.

If you prefer to speak to someone at the hotel to make these arrangements, you can call Rachel Aftandilian, Reservations Coordinator, at 617-661-5002. In either communication, be sure to mention your program’s “RESID” code to receive this special rate. Please note, the hotel will not have a list of names until closer to the start of a program, but they will be able to link your reservations upon arrival should you have booked additional nights at your own expense.
