We are delighted to announce that members of the ACT Chapter have been invited by the head chef of RAKU, an award-winning modern Japanese restaurant in Canberra, for a curated sushi tasting experience.  It promises to be a special afternoon—a journey through Japanese culinary history infused with the vibrant energy of contemporary Australian dining.
