MID-WEEK CLUB: ON THE VOICE TO PARLIAMENT WITH CHARLES PROUSE.

DATE: Tuestday, 3rd October 2023  12-2pm AEDT

WHERE: Perpetual Offices, level 18, Angel Place, 123 Pitt Street, Sydney

Please join us for an exciting hybrid Mid-Week Club with Kimberley-born Indigenous business leader, and Harvard Alumnus, Charles Prouse.

Charles Prouse has spent 30 years working in Indigenous affairs across the corporate, government and non-profit sectors. He's been asked many times how to fix 'the Aboriginal situation'. He's also been asked about the Voice to Parliament. It can be a complex question to answer, but it can also be as simple as listening, having compassion and trusting that together we can do this.
Charles has recently published On the Voice. This book doesn't explain every single challenge and every single solution, there are websites and factsheets for that. What it gives us is the human perspective. Rather than being ostriches with our heads in the sand, Charles Prouse urges all Australians to be nosey emus and investigate with open hearts and minds what the Voice to Parliament will mean for our country, and why it's so important to vote Yes.

This event will be held in-person in Sydney with a light lunch at $40 per person. A video call option will also be available for Harvard Club members in other locations via Teams.
