“The Geopolitics of the Supply Chain”
In today’s environment of geopolitical fragmentation, industrial policy shifts, and supply chain reconfiguration, global production networks are being fundamentally reshaped. In this timely discussion, Professor Shih will examine how geopolitics is influencing supply chain strategy, the trade-offs facing multinational firms, and the broader implications for competitiveness and resilience in Asia and beyond.
Professor Shih is the Robert and Jane Cizik Professor of Management Practice in Business Administration at Harvard Business School. A globally recognized authority on manufacturing, innovation, and supply chain strategy, he has advised multinational corporations and policymakers on restoring industrial capability and strengthening operational resilience in an increasingly complex global economy.
