Notice is hereby given that the 62nd Annual General Meeting of the Harvard Club of Australia Inc. will be held on 19th June 2024 at 6pm (AEST) via video conferencing.

A formal notice of meeting and Annual Report will be circulated prior to the meeting with appropriate statutory notice .

Nominations for office of President and Vice President of the Harvard Club of Australia Inc.

Notice is hereby given that the Harvard Club of Australia Inc. offers eligible members* the opportunity to nominate as President or Vice President in terms of the Club constitution.

The constitution may be found on the Club website under "Governance" or by following this Link.  Nomination form can be downloaded HERE.

Article 16(2) specifies that a nomination must be made in writing, signed by two (2) members and accompanied by the written consent of the candidate, and delivered to the Secretary of the Club at least 21 days prior to the meeting at which the election is to take place. A suitable form may be found at...(see below).

*Article 16(7) of the Constitution specifies that a person nominating for election as an office-bearer or committee member must be a member of the Association. Associate members (as specified under Article 3(2)) are not eligible for election to the committee.
