Wendy Smith is the Dana J. Johnson Professor of Management and faculty director of the Women’s Leadership Initiative at the Lerner College of Business and Economics, University of Delaware. She has co-authored a book, in conjunction with Marianne Lewis PhD, entitled, Both/And Thinking: Embracing Creative Tensions to Solve Your Toughest Problems and will be running a virtual event to discuss the book on Monday, 1st February from 2-3.30pm (AEDT).
