Katherine Kennedy '88, is in addition to her position as an elected member of the Salt Lake City School Board, is also HAA Vice President for Club and SIGs, and a founding member of our SIG. She has learned a great deal about how a school system can and cannot prepare for disasters and is willing to share some of the realities she has faced. This is a unique opportunity to engage in a real conversation with a very experienced individual - who can help demystify what is and is not practicable and feasible in this important area.
