Parents & Children Self-Defence Introduction Class

Saturday 22nd May at 2pm

Please join us for this one-hour self-defence class for HCA members & guests at VT1 Martial Arts Academy!

Time :           2pm class start, please come 15-20 mins early to stretch / warm up & have a warm chat! 

Location :   390 Eastern Valley Way, Unit 19B, Chatswood 2067 NSW Australia

Cost :            $30 per person however one child is free with each participating paid adult. Children must be accompanied by an adult

Age :              Minimum age 5, No maximum age! 

Parking :      Plenty of Parking!

Parking can be accessed from Lower Gibbes St. Just follow Lower Gibbes St down into Chatswood Business Park, and continue straight and up the ramp until you enter the big parking lot. Access to the academy is by walking through the walkway and around the front of the building. If you have any problems finding us don’t hesitate to call us on (02) 9417 1001 and we can direct you!
